Worst experience ever my sister just got out of surgery and my dad which is her father tried to see her and they said she was not in the system. The women who was at the desk explained to my dad that she is not going to go through this again she is not in the system . Her exact words where she is not going to go through this again. You work at front desk in a hospital where is your sympathy?
The security guard (professional)apologized for her after the gentleman finally found her in the system... but my dad was already panicking thinking something was wrong with her because of the words she is not in the system. I work with customer service and there is a way to speak to people especially the family of a patient that just got out of surgery.
