This was hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I have been looking to get into the new Lexus LC 500 for a few months now. After having no luck in finding a salesperson to assist me in finding the one with my specific preferences, I had contacted Tim Frederick at Lexus of Maplewood. Tim was very knowledgeable and did a great job LISTENING. He was able to find my specific LC and have it shipped to their lot. In less than 10 days from my initial call, I was driving home in my new Lexus!

The whole team over at Lexus of Maplewood are incredibly professional. Tim followed up with me throughout the process. Jacob was very informative in assisting me on all of the features of this car. I feel that sometimes throughout the car buying process, certain dealerships don't have the right people to educate the new buyer on the features of their vehicles. It was different here. Jacob was very knowledgeable and was willing to take all the time necessary to get me comfortable. Wendy in finance was super friendly and was able to work around my specific budgeting requests and neither her nor Tim were pushy at all.

The whole team at Lexus of Maplewood should be commended on their professionalism. This was well worth the drive to Minneapolis, but the drive home was way better!
