Professional, quick, and above all caring. A hospital is more than a building, at its core are caring, empathetic People. Overworked, to be sure, but competent and respectful.
I have nothing but respect and admiration for the staff.
The two times I have been a patient there, they literally saved my life. Nine days the first time, two days the second. Both times I was seen in a speedy manner. The emergency room triage sometimes seems unfair, but they are dealing with life - threatening emergencies and people with lesser ailments have to wait until staff and treatment rooms are available.
