I've ordered from Botach for around 6 or 7 years. They always have good prices, a fantastic selection and great customer service. I've never had a problem with shipping speed. I'm patient and all the way across the country and my orders always arrive in a timely fashion. They used to offer free shipping and still do in their ebay store.
