Employees are hit or miss. Some are very nice and incredibly willing to help. Then of course there are the ones who are ignorant. Like openly verbally bashing customers in the service area. It s nice to walk in to them insulting you. TO MANAGEMENT! My car is a joke. Not even 5 months old and I m $3000 down in additional repairs! I also found the same car, similar miles, extra features, for $4000 less at a non ford dealership. Be aware your credit will go down with theses people. They make money checking your credit to whomever they can. I had 14 hard checks on my credit by this one place! They don t tell you it s not in house financing, or that they ll damage your credit like that! . I made a huge mistake here. Since my credit is already destroyed I am considering giving the car back to the bank. God knows what else is wrong Baystate didn t bother to fix! Shop around first!
