The service and location is good though, but the room is very bad, room 2011, very bad room, requested non corner room yet arranged corner room for me, as a accor plus member, they don't give you any priority except special desk for check in, the room itself has many issue, premium grand deluxe room, high range room with low quality things in it, the aircond not cooling at all even after the maintenance guy came and washed the dirty filter like never clean it for years, and yet the room doesn't match as listed in website, no coffee machine no hair dryer and the room door has defect on it which the lock is not installed properly and cannot be locked, i have no choice but to downgrade to a lower category room type as suggested by the receptionist which is premium deluxe room but the price for this room is much cheaper compared to what I've paid for, difference of rm40 i guess, very angry on the quality of such 5 star hotel as stated in google and as a member, i hope the management will review and improve on this to avoid the same issue happens again to the next guest
