I really don't have any complaints about the staff as much as I have about the unexpected added price points as well as the lack of information about the remodelling of the hotel while we were there. I also can't begin to imagine why you would pay this kind of money and not get a decently cleaned room as well as included breakfast. I paid less for a better hotel downtown and had breakfast included.

The room had hairs in the bed as well as the sink and the bathtub was nasty with grease stains.

I also had to pay for a bell boy, who didn't even help us with the bags. Correct me If I'm wrong but isn't that fee for a staff member who helps with bags? I had two large suitcases which I dragged myself. This I had to pay for. It's unacceptable.

The resort fee we shouldn't even begin to discuss. It's rude to take that fee out when our nearest pool was inaccessible due to remodeling. If you want to make extra money, just put it into the room fees and be honest about them beforehand. This was just a plain rip off.

I will never visit any hilton facilities after this.
