Really bad customer service!! They tried to persuade you to buy warranty and protection plan. Then when you want to use it, they will run away from you. They are really rude when I called many times to ask for my case. They said they would call back but they never. I love Volkswagen and I thought it was a good choice for my car. However, the bad customer service ruins the brand.
