Gregg Young continues to make improvements to its services.my most recent visit was mainly with the body shop, along with some regular maintenance. We had a few communication complications that were eventually worked out. and the car was not as clean as i would have hoped when I picked it up, but that was remedied quickly.One thing that would help in my opinion, is when emailing customers, something official from Gregg Young should appear, not just the persons name.. I almost deleted those emails... i didn't remember the persons name that helped me the day i came in. All in all, a good experience just the same!
