Peter made a good case for changing our infrastructure and incorporating OS upgrades, Server upgrades, communication systems changes (that were long overdue).

The infrastructure upgrade had started, and stalled, a few years earlier because a application provider did not complete their planned upgrade.

We had enquired about different aspects of each upgrade with various prospective suppliers, many gave us unrealistic, partial solutions, with costings that were often unrealistic or carried costs hidden in the initial proposals.

Peter, gave us a range of proposals for the entire package we wanted, and some we did not realise we could use. His guidance stretched our expectations, he confidently promised he could deliver; given the experience we had from other prospective suppliers, I was sceptical of his assurances. Yes, we can do that , No Problem , was a common phrase he used.

Peter and his team have delivered. The work carried out has been extensive and wide ranging. It has not been without a little disruption, but this was at an absolute minimum, and fixes were promptly completed, keeping us working without any disruption to our customers. All work has been carried out carefully and where required, out of business hours.

Legacy and new hardware and software has thrown many challenges in the way, but nothing has wrong footed the implementation, the can do attitude is genuine, rare (in our experience) and valued.

Work is continuing as we have added to our requirements as our confidence has grown. Peter and his team are now counted as partners rather than just suppliers.
