Purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 from Plaza. Have been a loyal Ford customer. Ford has a known defect in their APIM module but Plaza wants to charge you $120 to diagnose and then the cost of replacing. This truck is just over two years old purchased brand new and has a non-functioning entertainment system (GPS, Radio, Sync, USB ports). Plaza could have cared less. Not the kind of service I am used to and will never purchase from Plaza again. Shouldn t have to argue/negotiate to get a working system with a truck well less than 3 years old.
