I own an operate an engineering consulting firm (Origin Design). I use a Formlabs printer for 3D printing. Source Graphics is a reseller for all Formlabs printers and supplies. Recently, I purchased a resin tank and a liter of resin from Source Graphics for my Form 2 printer. I ran into an issue with my printer not successfully printing a job. I contacted Source Graphics to let them know about this problem and within hours I received a call from Source Graphics letting me know that they have their technical expert looking into my issue with my Form 2 printer. On top of this, Source Graphics sent me a new liter of resin at no charge. Source Graphics is a quality organization with a fantastic staff.
