Service at the restaurant was slow and they forgot...

Service at the restaurant was slow and they forgot about our order which we placed 1 hour ago. Our room was supposed to be prepared by 1:00 PM and it still hasn t been prepared despite it currently being 1:43 PM. My family and I are disappointed because this is a highly acclaimed hotel which we have spent an abundance of money on and we are not receiving the treatment we were promised. For the amount of money we paid, we should at least be getting our food and hotel room on time period.

Update: it s 1:50 and the food still isn t here despite us complaining 2 times and reminding them 3 times. Also everyone around us got their orders with no issues whatsoever even if they sat down after us with 15+ minutes.

Update: our food is still not ready so we complained to the manager and left. The room is still not ready and they said 30 more minutes. It s currently 2:07 PM and we don t have a room or food.
