Donovan Jorgenson had serviced our system prior to our moving in. We called them after having an issue with our furnace not working. The lady on the phone was able to trouble-shoot the proble and we realized that the furnace filter was clogged. We were able to get the furnace running and then went to their New Berlin office and purchased a new filter. The gal we talked to Danielle was working at the front desk and was able to look up our filter in their system and get us a new one. She was extremely pleasant and made us feel welcomed. I asked how long ago our system was installed and she said 22 years. She said that our system was past the expected life and we decided to set up an estimate to have the system replaced. After a detailed analysis done by one of their company representatives we decided to move forward with a new system. We had the installation done and could not be happier. The entire process has been professional. Will recommend.
