This is the worst company to buy a laptop from. I just would like to say that if you are considering buying a laptop from this company please re consider. After dealing with there warranty support and case managers I would say don't expect a good repair to be done for your laptop. It's like they don't care about your product when you send it in to get repaired and the representatives just make excuses after excuses. Please do not buy from this company. They also expect you to wait a long period of time for a repair to be complete so be prepared for that if you ever send in your device.
