My son took my Fiat 500 Pop in for routine service...

My son took my Fiat 500 Pop in for routine service (he is the primary driver) and the service lady tried to convince him he needed over $6oo worth of service not even called for by the factory recommended service interval and for an engine which the car doesn't even have. Plus, I have a service warranty purchased at another dealer which she claimed doesn't cover the service which is untrue, since I've used it before at the same dealer. In short, the service department will try to rip you off if you're not on your toes. Not to even mention it takes 2-3 hours just for an oil change and nothing else. Last time, they didn't even rotate the tires.
