Totally disappointed in Mercedes-Benz South Bay. service department. I lease my C300 After 18000 miles i was told I need two new tires. Okay, it's possible. Then I receive another email asking me to contact service department for "postponed service or repairs." I paid for two years service to include all regular service and brought my car in for 10,000 miles service. What possible additional repairs could there be? I don't trust Mercedes Benz South Bay service department.
