All of the sales folks that I worked with at Mike Shaw Subaru were helpful and friendly- they came to pick me up when I was ready to purchase and offered to assist me with putting some accessories on my car. The financing piece was overwhelming with the many options they present (e.g., extended warranties, maintenance plans), but I guess that's normal. Overall, I had a pleasant car buying experience here.
