Clean and well maintained hotel and all staff have been great with the exception of the staff that greeted me at the counter who had the worst attitude, on Aug 8, close to midnight, when I checked in. As if a smile will cause a crack on her face and demanding incidental payments when I only carry a debit card and I had already pre-paid in full. This is not what you want to deal with when you ve had a long flight and you re tired, not expecting from a hotel perpetrating as a 5 star.
To Management, you need to ensure your staff are well trained in dealing with hotel guests. And find a way to accomodate for guests who has a preferred way of settling their account. I know other hotels do. Need to lift your game. I won t be back.
