I am writing this on behalf of a Heritage Property Management employee, Amber Carter. I have been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry 42 years, and have dealt with many HOA companies, regarding document requests on behalf of my Borrowers, to get the loan closed. Most of the time it is impossible to reach anyone via phone or email with a timely response.
Amber Carter, by far, was professional, kind, and very efficient to send me what I needed ,while staying on the phone with her ,to be sure i received the Document, which I did receive quickly.
I am very impressed as this is rare customer service within an HOA office. Great Job Amber..YOU SAVED THE DAY TO GET THIS LOAN
