Horrible 1st experience. I came I'm for an oil change & rotation. There's only 1 other person in front of me. I wait 2hrs & 15mins before the sales lady comes out to sell me on $168 of new lug nuts. I take very good care of my MKZ & only has 63k.
I go out to look @ the problem & the technician has only 1 tire off & says the lugs have swollen. He needs to replace all. Long story short the technician stripped my lug nuts & is trying to sell me on new lugs for all 4 tires. I understand if lugs swell on 1 tire, but not All 4 when I just had tires rotated weeks ago..
I got No apology, No accommodation; therefore I will not give them anymore of my $ or business.
Horrible
