I ve rented an apartment with Zuma Housing for one year and I am overall satisfied. The locations of the apartments are very good and centrally located. They have a tenant online portal where you can pay the rent very easily and ask for maintenance requests. Every time I ve asked for maintenance, the staff was very quick in answering and fixing every issued I had.
