I paid 13$ for about .003 ounces of beef and a potato. This was their "stroganoff." The good news is it only took over 45 minutes to prepare, despite being the only one in the restaurant. Others that spoke Tajik that came in after me got served before. Maybe because I'm white. Regardless, never going there again and would never recommend.
