I arrived 17-05-2017 about 3:30pm, arrival staff very quick and helpful.
Room was as I expected, clean and bare essentials.
I have stayed in Ibis hotels in other countries.
We were hungry so we went down to the restaurant about 4:10pm and order and paid for our meals which we want to have in our room.
After serval phone calls to restaurant asking where our food was, it finally arrived 5:37pm and missing parts of the order.
The food Coming late is one thing, but when it's cold and very bad taste, it was Nasi goreng how can you go wrong.???? There was no salt and pepper.
