Absolutely the worst customer service possible. I placed an order on September 20th for some filters & chemicals, received no notification from the company that they received my order that it was in process. I just called to find out that my order had never been processed still sitting at their warehouse and they will see that it gets shipped next week. I told them to cancel it and I'll order from Amazon! Do business elsewhere!!
