i really love ian's. i've been coming here for a super long time. but there was a huge issue with one of the staff members last time we came. i didn't get her name, but she has purple hair, partially shaved head, and piercings all over her nose. she gave us nothing but attitude. we even gave her a $5 tip and she was still insanely rude to us. gave us the wrong order. and then blamed us for messing it up. i have never had such a terrible experience in customer service. i would consider weeding out the bad people from your location because it makes it hard to want to come back when you're worried about being harrassed by the staff working there.
