Absolutely appalling service. 2 years on am still...

Absolutely appalling service. 2 years on am still waiting for them to process the accident claim. the other side admitted liability so not sure what the hold up is. I am seen the specialists and still no movement. I just want this to be over now and I will not recommend this firm
