Checked into FRMH ER early in the day, my husband in severe side stomach pain. He could hardly walk or talk. I was told the hospital was on lock down due to too many patients and only the patient could be in the waiting area. To my dismay, he would have to wait alone and I elsewhere outside of the hospital. After hours of waiting (outside) I came back to see if they were able to let me in with my husband. Still no. Unhelpful terrible service.
