On Tuesday, I placed an order for an item which was in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Order was time sensitive as the equipment was for a business. For some strange reason, they have cancelled the order, and what's worse, they have not made me aware of this and thus left me out in the cold without the indispensable piece of equipment needed for the weekend. If you cancel someone's order, you should at least have the courtesy of alerting them so that appropriate action can be taken in time. Extremely disappointed. Will not ever purchase anything from Sweetwater again.
