I have used Channelview Mini Storage for over 20 years. I called today to make my payment as usual and they are "not in the system". No one know anything about it. Is it closed? Sold? No one knows. The phone number of the facility does not work. I received no notification. Is this how you run your business? I am very disappointed and angry. I will be more angry if I have to drive to your office Monday morning to straighten this out.
