I have trained at several MMA gyms across DMV area and can honestly tell that Pentagon MMA is one the best places around DC. Speaking of Muay Thai specifically, Pentagon MAA takes it very seriously starting from a program for the beginners to the fighters training. I do enjoy a very friendly personal attitude of staff and coaches as well as their encouragement to make friends at the class. Everyone is very supportive and helps you to grow no matter of the fitness condition or a skill level that you have. As of now, I am training at Pentagon MAA for the second year already and plan to continue training here.
