I had a great experience buying a new car (with a trade-in) at this dealership - twice! Both times I got the price I wanted after doing a little research, and prompt and courteous service. Most recently they helped me out of a problem with a Mazda I had purchased at another, closer dealership, whose service was very poor. After a week of frustration dealing with a new car with mechanical problems without satisfaction from the other dealer, I drove to Brown's, explained the situation, and walked out with a new car in an hour.
