Have been doing business with this company for over 2 years. Printed about 20 T shirts and realized some damage on the shirts. The print was screen printed in red, and the letters were not fully printed on. The edging was peeling. Brought this to the managers attention, his name is Miguel. Miguel, was rude and sarcastic when it came to the discussion of reimbursement. He was acting as if it were my fault. Only offered a discount on the damaged shirts. Was quite shocked at his style of customer service. Will not be returning due to the quality of service from him. The other staff is great. I would recommend rethinking who is left in management when it comes to dealing with customers.
