Purchased my 4th vehicle from this dealership. Will be my last I won t go here For so much as an oil change! When I turned in my lease to get new vehicle they figured my payoff incorrect. Causing me to have a balance and get fees on top of balance. Tried resolve with dealer they had no explanation and were zero help. They say by law they have to verify your payoff! Obviously that step was skipped! NEVER again.
