It's a place to rest your head since even the best lounges in Ohare are lacking. So dont expect much. I've stayed in airport hotels much better than this before. Rooms are old, old. It was a seamless process using United miles to book it about 30 minutes prior to checkin. One thing to note is they do not include gym access with your room. You have to pay extra for that which is kind of shady.
