We went to the miners for great grandma's 84th birthday. First time ever going there last time. The setting was unique definitely one of a kind. We got there approximately at 4:30 on April 7th 2018. Slow not a lot of people. I had ordered their 10 ounce sirloin the baked potato and salad was good I ordered the steak medium came out rare and chard. Took probably 10 minutes for the server to come back to the table sent the steak back to be properly cooked. They took the same piece of meat that have been on my plate that I had cut into and put it back on the grill. That is disgusting what if I had some type of disease. Now everybody else would be infected. They overcooked the meat and burnt it even more. The manager never came out to see how things went. Very poor management. Coming from somebody that's been in restaurant management and four and five star restaurants all my life. Definitely not on my bucket list to stop at again. Ended up having to go to Kwik Trip for a cheeseburger.
