Looking for a great deal and honest, prompt service! Then don't come here. We came all the way from the Lower Mainland, for a scheduled appointment, to check out an RV that we had expressed interest in buying. We were given (in writing) a trade-in value for our 10 year old trailer only to be told on arrival (after we had been waiting for 1 1/2 hours) that are trade-in trailer needed some very serious repairs, at a cost of at least $6000 (and of course, they were doing us a favour keeping the repairs to a modest $6000). We were shocked! But you wanna' know the worst part? We had our trailer inspected at another dealership and guess what; there wasn't a single thing wrong with our trailer. So glad we went somewhere else; got a brand new trailer and a great deal on our old (and perfectly good) trailer. Heads up dear consumer, if you want to deal with a respectable RV dealership that values integrity? Then don't come here.
