A star "saves" Mr. OI Schwaiger - very friendly, very hard working.
Claims Department wouldn't even earn a quarter star.
Particularly noteworthy at this point is the "customer service" of claims officer Mr. Hannes Schwinner - powers of attorney are ignored, promised inquiries are not made, unfriendly, sentences are twisted in reports in order not to have to pay damage repairs, confirmations from specialist companies are "not accepted" , despite decades of insurance, no willingness to talk about goodwill solutions, the management level is spoken in one tone - you don't even talk to a holiday intern like that! You cannot finish speaking on the phone to explain the matter, if you write this, the letter is apparently not read through (or not understood) - apart from the fact that you have to go through the previously communicated and discussed statement anew with each phone call - what but you can't anyway, because you don't have a say.
If you want to explain a matter you will use sentences such as "and if that were the Federal President personally, I wouldn't care" (at this point: congratulations for this employee - the big lot was drawn here!).
Insured event has been dragging on for months - you get no information, no feedback and no competent contact person. Writing as of 07/22 was (on request !!) only on August 27th. (!!) read the 1st time.
Since then there has been no response and when asked today, people are yelled at.
Better to choose a different insurance policy - we will do the same in the future.
