My parents' inverter broke down in the warranty period and no one will help us! A technician came out and confirmed it was the case and nothing since! Almost two months. We cannot get through on the phone and if we get to their message bank, no one calls back. They are liars and do not help at all. They'll take your $$ but offer no service whatsoever! They do not deserve any new business.
