I became a client of Lowes 2 years ago after they advised and arranged the set up my pension portfolio.
I have found all of the staff very friendly and helpful when visiting the office.
My advisor Craig Moffat has been outstanding and his knowledge and assistance has been invaluable so much so my wife has now become a client and Craig is now assisting with her pension.
The only thing I would say is that I felt an initial set up fee of 3% seemed a bit high in comparison to the industry average of 2% , but could you take the view of you only get what you pay for ???
