I bought two trucks and three cars from them and paid off each and every one to the tune of approximately $200,000.00. my income dropped and my score but still in an acceptable range . They turned me away as if I had never done biz with them . It's so disturbing that they seemed to have no customer appreciation . Treated me as if they could care less that I had supported Hansel over the years ... It was, cold , mean and sad
