The technician arrived ahead of schedule, and was prompt and courteous. He performed troubleshooting that resulted in a cost savings since we did not need a plumber to come out. He also reassured us that we have a solid HVAC system and encouraged us to get the service plan offered through Coolray & Mr. Plumber.
