So when I first bought my dress everything was good and then my dress came in 3 MONTHS later so I went in for a fitting a week before my prom and waited an hour for my appointment.. They had scheduled about 10 people for the same time and were very rude when I asked them why they had me waiting an hour. It is now a day before my prom and I still don't have my dress and they keep delaying my appointments. Very poor service and I will not be returning
