I was informed that my case was elevated and a man...

I was informed that my case was elevated and a manager would call me back in 3 days. Its been 10 days now and no one called me back. I called Lenovo to inquire. They informed me that my case wwas elevated but no manager has been assigned yet. This service is a joke!!!!!
