Although the terrain offered in this resort is fantastic, the mountain itself is poorly operated. Trails are never properly groomed, chairlifts break often, specially on powder days or when the resort is crowded. I'm a Season pass holder and after they just announced that Ellis Chair will be closed for the season, I will not be coming back. Oh, also, they refuse to issue refunds to season pass holders even if the main chair that gives access to their best terrain is BROKEN FOR THE SEASON. Never again, Homewood. You could have done much better.
