I came here every month, unfortunately had a very ...
I came here every month, unfortunately had a very bad experience with the staff today. I was the last to walk past the reception and heard behind my back about "some" swear words that I am not going to mention here, while I was the last to leave the building. Apparently people here are judged on their appearance by the staff if they come a little later (around 9 pm) to sunbathe. It is a pity that I had to listen to this which I do not understand either, I don't look that strange, I thought.
This will therefore be reported immediately.
