I switched to Smith Thompson after years with Brinks due to the price. They were able to use my current system with just a few changes, and have been amazing for the last six or seven years. They respond to every alarm, even with the dog shaking his head, his collar tags making the glass break sensor go off. I have never had a missed alarm, nor a problem with anyone at their office. Polite, helpful, efficient. (and half the price!)
