I have never had a terrible experience while waiting for service at Toyota, but today, Thursday September 10, 2015 my service technician went above and beyond and I wanted to recognize that here.
I stopped into the service area this morning on a tight schedule. I was told that an oil change takes about an hour by Jonathan Prickett, which would make me late for my 10am appointment. I asked if there was any chance they could get it done more quickly, so I wouldn't be late. Jonathan said he would do his best, but I should call my appointment anyhow just in case I was a little late.
Much to my delight, at 9:47 he came over to tell me they had gotten everything taken care of! I know they hurried in order to accommodate my restricted time frame. Great customer service Jonathan and Tarbox Toyota!
