Service begun well. We had to be in the Doulen at 1915 and food was promised to be made on time. The time from ordering to eating was over an hour for one course... This meant we were late despite letting staff know upon arrival.
It was clear the staff we're inexperienced and when we asked whether our food was on its way the staff did not know and did not inform us when they said they would.
