Very poor customer service. Received an email confirming our appointment at 6:00 pm to test drive a vehicle. Drove an hour and a half only to find out the vehicle had just been sold. At 6:11 pm received another email from the sales manager asking if we had received all the information we requested on the vehicle that apparently was no longer there. Very poor communication within their sales department. Needless to say, extremely disappointed.
*Sales manager did reach out to apologize for all confusion and is working on the problem so it doesn t happen to anyone else and offered to send a gas card to compensate for the long drive.
